Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 399, 402, 414, 120B and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is named in the FIR on the basis of disclosure of name by the person arrested at the spot. Submission is that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 11.02.2018. He was not apprehended at the spot.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25876 of 2018 (2) dt.01-05-2018 2/2 the case is pending in connection with Sadar Police Station Case No. 606 of 2016, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
