The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Bochaha P.S. Case No.276 of 2017 registered under Sections 420 and 376 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act.

Considering the direct and specific allegation made against the petitioner by the informant, a girl aged 14 and 1/2 years that he ravished her and after taking photograph uploaded

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26505 of 2018 (2) dt.07-05-2018 2/2 the same on face book, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail.
