Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 399 and 402 of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1-b) A, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. A country made pistol and two live cartridges were recovered from possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 09.10.2017. Petitioner has got a criminal antecedent.

Considering the entire facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on completion of nine months of custody on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25756 of 2018 (2) dt.30-04-2018 where the case is pending in connection with Pipra Kothi Police Station Case No.201 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
