JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 05-03-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Complaint Case no. 13445 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 379, 498A, 427, 506 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.
Petitioners happen to be parents-in-law of the complainant and earlier they were granted privilege of provisional bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 04.11.2019 and in pursuant of the aforesaid order,
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.66465 of 2019(4) dt.05-03-2020 2/2 petitioners have already surrendered and executed bond before the learned court below.
Moreover, taking note of the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, the provisional bail granted to the petitioners vide order dated 04.11.2019 is, hereby, confirmed and, accordingly, this petition stands disposed of.
