2. The present application has been filed to modify the order dated 01.08.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 38157 of 2023 to correct the petitioner's name Tunna Kumar @ Tutun Kumar and for extending the period of surrender.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the order dated 01.08.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 38157 of 2023, the name of the present petitioner is mentioned as Tunna Kumar, but in the Aadhar Card his name is mentioned as Tutun Kumar and due to this his bail bond has not been accepted in the learned Court Below.

4. After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.76071 of 2023(2) dt.08-12-2023 2/2 and for the reasons mentioned in the modification application, I am inclined to modify the order dated 01.08.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 38157 of 2023 and the name of the petitioner no. 3 may be read as Tunna Kumar @ Tutun Kumar and the period of surrender is extended by six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in connection with Lauriya P.S. Case No. 352 of 2022, subject to deposit of sum of Rs.2000/- (Rupees Two Thousand) in the Victim Compensation Fund.

5. The order dated 01.08.2023 is modified to the extent as indicated above.

6. Accordingly, this modification application stands disposed of.
