The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Agamkuan P.S. Case No. 461 of 2017 dated 20.09.2017 instituted for the offences under Sections 356, 379, 411/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner along with others is alleged to have been caught on the spot while trying to snatch the mobile phone of the informant.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has been arrested in this case on mistaken identity. The petitioner has clean antecedent and he is in custody since 20.09.2017. Regard being had to the aforesaid facts, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55566 of 2017 (2) dt.01-12-2017 2/2 bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna City in connection with Agamkuan P.S. Case No. 461 of 2017.
