JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 03-05-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody since 23.2.2018, seeks bail in Khagaria Rail PS Case No. 6 of 2018 registered under Sections 379, 411 of the IPC.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that no incriminating article was recovered from the possession of the petitioner, however only material against him is statement of two coaccused who have stated that stolen mobile was handed over to them by the petitioner, moreover the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Arvind Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM Railway Khagaria in connection with Khagaria Rail PS Case No. 6 of 2018.
