JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 16-10-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Nath Nagar P. S. Case No. 194 of 2019, disclosing offences under Sections 420/34 of IPC. As per F.I.R. petitioners are said to have got the land of the informant mutated in their name and the mutation order was canceled by the DCLR on an application by the informant. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that they are sons of the elder brother of the informant and against the order cancelling the mutation in the name of the petitioner, they have challenged before the Additional Collector in the appeal.
