Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Chandan PS Case No.142 of 2017, registered under Sections 25(1-b)a,26/35 of the Arms Act.

Allegation in brief is that one loaded country made revolver was recovered from possession of the petitioner. It is contended that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent prior to the institution of this case and subsequently he was made accused in another case and the petitioner is in custody since 11.09.2017.

Having considered the period of custody, petitioner Amar Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
