====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 20-11-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Matihani P.S. Case No. 97 of 2019 instituted for the offences punishable under Section 353/307 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1AA)/25(1-b)A/26/27/35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is quite innocent and has falsely been implicated in the this case. It is further submitted that petitioner has been caught by the police team on suspicion. There is no criminal antecedent and he is in judicial custody since 20.06.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.66479 of 2019(3) dt.20-11-2019 2/2 let the above named, petitioner be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Begusarai in connection with Matihani P.S. Case No. 97 of 2019.
