2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Manjhi P.S. Case No. 201 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 272, 273, 420 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act, 2016.

3. Recovery is of 1874.88 litres of illicit liquor.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 25.06.2023 and has clean antecedent.

5. Considering the period of custody and the recovery of liquor, this application for regular bail is allowed.
