Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 325, 307 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation of commission of assault to the deceased with iron rod is against co-accused Ganauri Das. Allegation of assault with lathi is against co-accused Akshay Das. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that Akshay Das @ Akshay Kumar has already been allowed bail vide order dated 11.04.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 19598 of 2018 (Annexure-2). There is no overt act alleged against the petitioner. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27220 of 2018 (2) dt.07-05-2018 2/2 above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Khizersarai Police Station Case No. 294 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
