Learned counsel for the State submits that in view of the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the State particularly Annexure RA, the respondent no. 2 has cancelled the notice no. 37 dated 21.08.2023 which is under challenged in the present writ petition. So the present writ petition becomes infructuous.
