2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sarmera P.S. Case No. 132 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366(A) and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per allegation, the son of the petitioner enticed away the daughter of the informant with an intention to marry her.
4. By annexing the Aadhar Card of the victim, the learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that she is major and in her statement recorded under Section 164 of the CrPC has sated that she was in love and affection with the son of the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.73360 of 2023(2) dt.09-11-2023 2/2 petitioner. The petitioner has falsely been implicated merely because she is mother of the main accused. She is a lady of clean antecedent.
5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court of Additional District & Sessions Judge-VII-cum Special, Judge, POCSO, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Sarmera P.S. Case No. 132 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
