2. The petitioner has prayed for bail in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No. 233 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118, 109(1), 303(2), 74 and 3(5) of the B.N.S.

3. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner has assaulted with lathi to the husband of the informant.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He has been falsely implicated in this case. There is also a counter version of this case. The nature of injury is simple. It has also been submitted that the co-accused

No.68259 of 2025(2) dt.24-09-2025 2/2 Dharmendra Paswan @ Laddu @ Dharmendra Kumar against whom there is allegation of assaulting with dab has been granted anticipatory bail by leaned Co-ordinate Bench vide order dated 15.09.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 63453 of 2025. It has also been submitted that the case of this petitioner stands on better footing. Petitioner is in judicial custody since 27.07.2025.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the application for bail.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Sikarahana at Dhaka, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No. 233 of 2025.
