The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sabour P.S.Case no.15 of 2019 registered for offences punishable under Sections 376 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the FIR, petitioner has married with the informant and has made physical relationship with her but later on he got her pregnancy miscarriaged.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the allegation is false and concocted. Victim is major and the petitioner is in custody since 20.1.2019. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

With the above direction, this application is allowed.
