The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Kanti P.S. Case No. 17 of 2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 413 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation is regarding the accused persons having been found selling mobiles in the market and upon being apprehended by the police, certain numbers of mobiles were recovered.
The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is no allegation of any theft of mobile from any corner. The petitioners are languishing in custody since 7.1.2018. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28560 of 2018 (2) dt.09-05-2018 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Muzaffarpur in connection with Kanti P.S. Case No. 17 of 2018.
