The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner be permitted to file a representation before the respondent no.4 regarding his grievances pertaining to non-grant of relaxation in age and the respondent no.4 should be directed to dispose of the same within a specified time period. Accordingly, it is directed that the petitioner may file a representation before the respondent no.4 within a period of two weeks from today and the respondent no.4 shall dispose of the
Patna High Court CWJC No.16806 of 2017 (2) dt.12-02-2018 2/2 same within a period of six weeks thereafter considering the order dated 3.8.2017 passed by the District Magistrate, Supaul in the case of similarly situated persons.
The writ petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
