This application has been filed for quashing the order dated 04.12.2015 passed in Maintenance Case No. 182M/2014 by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Begusarai. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for and is permitted to withdraw this application with liberty to the petitioner to move an application before the Court below for modification of the order of maintenance as the same has been passed ex parte.
