Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 399, 402 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-B)A, 26/35, 25(1-AA), 25(1-AAA) of the Arms Act.

The petitioner and others were arrested by the police on suspicion that they were preparing to commit dacoity. Submission is that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Nothing incriminating was recovered from possession of the petitioner. He is in custody since 23.12.2017. Investigation of the case is already complete. Considering the substance in the submission aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27185 of 2018 (2) dt.07-05-2018 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Sakra Police Station Case No. 497 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
