2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 379, 307, 384, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, all the 13 FIR named accused persons including this petitioner assaulted the father of the informant.

4. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that allegation of assault is general and omnibus and no specific overt act has been alleged against this petitioner. There is case and counter case. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.71492 of 2023(2) dt.09-11-2023 2/2 in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. Ist Class, Saharsa in connection with Bihra P.S. Case No. 270 of 2021, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
