In this case the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Sikty P.S. Case No. 108 of 2015 corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 70 of 2016 registered for offence under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

In compliance to the order of this Court dated 28.02.2018, a report has been received informing this Court that the order of this Court dated 28.02.2018 has been complied with as the Investigating Officer has been examined on 20.02.2018. In that view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner, namely, Abul Kalam @ Abul Klam @ Abdul Kalam is rejected.
