The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Special Case No. 1962/2017, arising out of Danapur P.S. Case No. 301/2017 dated 21.05.2017 instituted for the offences under Sections 30(a), 38 and 41(1) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Several bottles of illicit liquor has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

The petitioner is in custody since 09.10.2017 and he does not bear any criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like
