Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 120B, 121A of the Indian Penal Code, Section 3/4 of the Explosive Substance Act and Sections 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21 and 22 of the U.A.P. Act. Co-accused Puran Murmur was apprehended by the police on suspicion and he disclosed that with the help of other named persons including the petitioner he had put some explosive just to kill the police men and damage their vehicle. Submission is that the petitioner is in custody since 11.08.2017. Investigation of the case is already complete and there is no further material against the petitioner, save and except confession of the co-accused before the police while in police

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with S.T. No. 36 of 2018 arising out of Sono Police Station Case No. 21 of 2016, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
