1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That this application is being filed for issuance of writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing of selection of Respondent No.6 namely Savita Kumari on the post of Asha vide dated 15-7-2021 by the Mukhiya Gram Panchayat Raj Paridah Dist- Samastipur whose selection was done in illegal manner and further for issuance of writ in the nature of Mandamus Respondents to make direction
