2. The instant writ application has been filed for the following reliefs:- (i) For directing the respondent authorities to allow the petitioner to complete the counselling process and thereafter issue her appointment letter as Exclusive Teacher in Botany subject.

(ii) For holding and declaring that the petitioner is entitled to be appointed as Exclusive Teacher in Botany subject on qualifying competency test and

Patna High Court CWJC No.15974 of 2025(2) dt.25-09-2025 2/3 she should not be denied appointment merely on the ground that she has made a mistake in writing her Aadhar number in online application form by one digit, which is a human error and same can be easily verified/corrected.

(iii) For cost of litigation and any other relief to which the petitioner is found entitled in the eye of law.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to inadvertence, one digit of the Aadhar number could not be mentioned in the online application form, because of which the process of counselling could not be completed. This is a human error and could have been verified and easily corrected, since the petitioner is in service.

4. Learned counsel for the State submits that it is a human error and can be corrected and, therefore, direction may be issued to respondent no.8 for making necessary correction and to process her application for counselling.

5. Considering the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, this matter is directed to be considered by respondent no.8 within a period of two weeks from the date of production/receipt of a copy of this order, and necessary orders shall be passed in this case for allowing the petitioner to appear

6. Accordingly, the instant writ application stands disposed of.
