The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 308, 379, 323 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. As per the prosecution case, while the informant and two others were sitting at his door, altogether 08 FIR named accused persons including petitioner variously armed came there and co-accused Dinkar Prasad Singh exhorted others to kill the informant and his father on which petitioner inflicted iron rod blow on the head of informant causing head injury, as a result of which he became unconscious. Co-accused also snatched gold chain from the neck of informant. It is submitted that from bare perusal of FIR, it is

Case and counter case. Petitioner claims clean antecedent. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner abovenamed, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Darbhanga in connection with Sakatpur P.S. Case No. 62 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
