Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are in custody since 17.2.2018 in connection with Special Case No. 234 of 2018 arising out of Palasi P.S. Case No. 40 of 2018 for the offence under sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(G) of the Bihar Prohibition Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

He submits that one of the co-accused was granted anticipatory bail in Cr. Misc. No. 20285 of 2018 vide order dated 6.4.2018.

No.26081 of 2018(2) dt.30-04-2018 2/2 Considering the fact that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent and one of the co-accused was granted anticipatory bail, let the petitioners, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge, Araria, in connection with Special Case No. 234 of 2018, arising out of Palasi P.S. Case No. 40 of 2018 on the condition that the bailors should be family members of the petitioners.
