The sole petitioner, having clean antecedent, which fact has been stated in paragraph no. 3 of the petition, has prayed for grant of bail in connection with Maheshkhunt P.S. Case No. 20 of 2018, registered for the offence under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code , 1860.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case on a so-called disclosure made by a garage owner from whose garage stolen 'Auto' was recovered.
