The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Gogri P.S. Case No. 145 of 2019 registered under Sections 326, 307 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to politics. Further submission is that a compromise petition (Annexure-3) has been filed on behalf of the informant.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below
