JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 22-06-2018 Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 17.04.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 16921 of 2017 and the allegation is of recovery of 134.200 kg of Ganja.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner is a driver and he is in custody since 11.08.2016 and uptill now only one witness has been examined in this case. Heard learned A.P.P as well as learned counsel for the Central Government.

Having heard both sides and in view of the recovery of huge quantity of Ganja, I am not inclined to grant bail to the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33509 of 2018 (2) dt.22-06-2018 2/2 petitioner.

However, learned trial court is directed to expedite the trail and conclude it within a reasonable time. Learned counsel for the Central Government is also directed to conclude the trial within a reasonable time.
