2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No. 747/2023 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420/ 406/ 467/ 468/ 472/ 473/ 386/ 387/ 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, informant has been impersonated and the land has been sold to the petitioner.

4. Learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case.

No.68546 of 2025(5) dt.18-12-2025 2/2 Learned counsel further submits that petitioner has himself been cheated by one Subodh Rai and therefore, this FIR has been registered. He does not claim the land which he says belong to the informant. Petitioner has six criminal antecedents and he is in custody since 03.08.2025. The petitioner undertakes to cooperate in the case/ trial.

5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial MagistrateI, Danapur /concerned Court below in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No. 747 of 2023.
