JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 17-05-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody since 6.4.2018, seeks bail in Paras Bigha PS Case No. 18 of 2016 registered under Section 392 of the IPC.

It is submitted that only on the basis of confessional statement made before the police the petitioner has been made accused, however no incriminating material has been recovered from his possession nor he was put on TIP and charge-sheet has been submitted.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Bindu Kumar @ Bona Yadav is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri P.K.Shashi, Judicial Magistrate, lst Class, Jahanabad in connection with Paras Bigha PS Case No. 18 of 2016.
