Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 341, 323, 307, 448, 379,354,504,506 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3⁄4 of the Dain Act.

There is allegation of assault against the petitioner and others as well as of commission of theft.

Submission is that doctor has found simple injury and earlier case was lodged by the petitioner side. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27429 of 2018(2) dt.07-05-2018 2/2 where the case is pending in connection with Sono Police Station Case No. 72 of 2018, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
