To quash the order dated 15.06.2022 passed by the respondent no. 6 in Anganbadi Sevika/Sahaiyika Selection Appeal No. 26/2022 whereby and whereunder the Appeal of the petitioner has been dismissed.

II. To quash the order dated 06.04.2022 passed by the respondent no. 7 in

Patna High Court CWJC No.17033 of 2022(2) dt.09-04-2024 2/2 Anganbadi Sevika/Sahaiyika Selection Case No. 14/2021 whereby and whereunder the selection of the petitioner over the post of Anganbadi Sevika of Anganbadi Center No.371 corresponding to Ward No. 11 of Mahodipur Gram Panchayat under Majhaulia Block of West Champaran District (Annexure-2)."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
