Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 23 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under sections 363, 364/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case on basis of suspicion merely because they are daughter and wife of co-accused Bhim Yadav. Except suspicion, there is no material against them. Petitioners are having clean antecedent.
