====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 03-05-2018 Heard Sri Dilip Kumar Tondon, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Chandra Bhushan Prasad, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor.

The sole petitioner, who is in custody in Chakiya P.S. Case No.37 of 2018 registered for the offence under Sections 413, 414, 379 of the Indian Penal Code, has prayed for grant of bail.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the very outset, has drawn my attention to the statement made in paragraph-3 of the petition to show that the petitioner is having clean antecedent. He further submits that only on the ground that the petitioner has failed to produce owner book of the vehicle, the petitioner has been implicated in the present case as if he had stolen motorcycle.

No.26602 of 2018(2) dt.03-05-2018 2/2 Considering the nature of accusation as well as clean antecedent of the petitioner, let the petitioner, namely, Ankit Kumar be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-( ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate-13, Motihari in connection with Chakiya P.S. Case No.37 of 2018.
