The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Special (NDPS) Case No. 47 of 2015 arising out of Paliganj P.S.Case No. 250 of 2015 registered under Sections 20(b)(i) and 22 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substance Act.

Allegation in brief is that 12 Ganja plants were recovered from the courtyard of the petitioner's house. Submission is that alleged plants are very small and grown up plants which were not identified by the petitioner and he has no criminal antecedent of similar nature and has only one case under Section 307 of I.P.C. and is in custody since 03.04.2018.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Madhu Singh @ Madhu Shyam Sharma

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26209 of 2018(2) dt.03-05-2018 2/2 is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge cum Special Judge, Patna in connection with Special (NDPS) Case No. 47 of 2015 arising out of Paliganj P.S.
