The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bandeya P.S. Case No. 16 of 2019, registered under Sections 354, 354(A), 354(B), 341 and 323/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is that informant had gone to attend the call of nature in the evening of 10.08.2019, where Chotu Kumar, Phulendra Bind and Ramayan Bind (petitioner) came and with bad intention started to carry towards Dargah by covering her mouth. On raising alarm, her parents reached there and saved her. At that time, her father made query then Umesh Bind and Bhola Bind started to cause assault to her father

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that family of the petitioner and the informant are agnates and due to land dispute, the present case has been lodged with false allegation. Further submission is that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Learned Ist Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Aurangabad, in connection with Bandeya P.S. Case No. 16 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) Bhardwaj/- U T
