2. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Arer P.S. Case No. 15 of 2022 dated 12.02.2022, registered for the offence punishable u/s 272, 273, 34 of the IPC and Sections 30 (a) (d) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, pending in the court of learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Madhubani.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this application.

4. Permission is granted.

5. Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn.
