08-05-2018 Heard Sri Randhir Kumar No. 1, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. Two petitioners, having clean antecedent, which fact has been stated in paragraph 3 of the petition, have prayed for grant of bail in Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 58 of 2018 registered for offence under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that on false accusation, petitioners were made accused in the present case, as if, after interception of a tempo, both the petitioners alongwith others were fleeing away. It has been argued that there was no connection with the tempo and subsequently, 86

Be that as it may, considering the nature of accusation and clean antecedent, let the petitioners namely Ramasharay Chaurasia and Indu Thakur be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge II-cum-Special Judge, Excise Court, Begusarai in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S.
