Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 302/120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. There is nothing against specific alleged against this petitioner, rather the specific allegation is against co-accused Ganit Kumar. Petitioner is in custody since 29.04.2019.
