Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 341, 379, 498A, 307, 494 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties and also keeping in mind that petitioner is in jail custody since 26.06.2019, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-1st, Begusarai in connection with Complaint Case No. 328-C/2017.
