The petitioner is in custody in connection with Sessions Trial No.110 of 2017 arising out of Barbigha P.S.Case No.50 of 2017 pending in the Court of District & Sessions Judge, Sheikhpura registered for an offence under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the IPC.

The petitioner is the husband of the deceased. The case has been registered on the information given by the mother of the informant who got telephonic information from the niece of his son-in-law (this petitioner).

It is alleged that this petitioner with the help of his family members committed murder and disposed of the dead

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30097 of 2018 (3) dt.04-07-2018 2/2 body. In the case diary, the witnesses have stated that the petitioner used to quarrel with the daughter of the informant. The police have submitted chargesheet under Sections 364/34 of the IPC against the petitioner as the dead body could not be traced. The learned APP opposed the submissions.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, prayer for bail is rejected.
