JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 03-05-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioners and the State. Petitioners, already in custody since 9.12.2017, seek bail in Hajipur Town PS Case No. 851 of 2017 registered under Sections 414, 188, 34 of the IPC and Sections 8, 20(i)(ii)(b)(B) of the NDPS Act.

The allegation in brief is that both the petitioners are alleged to have been carrying 6 Kilogram of ganja.

Submission is that the petitioners have falsely been implicated, 6 Kilogram ganja is a small quantity and the petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioners, namely, Pappu Kumar and Santosh Kumar are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge I -cum- Special Judge Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Hajipur Town PS Case No. 851 of 2017.
