Patna High Court MJC No.2371 of 2022(5) dt.06-12-2024 2/2 petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to challenge the aforesaid order dated 02.12.2024, by taking recourse to the due process of law. Liberty so sought is granted.
