JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 03-05-2018 Heard Sri Tribhuwan Narayan, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. The sole petitioner, who is in custody in Durgawati P.S. Case No.98 of 2018 registered for the offence under Sections 25(1-b)a/26 of the Arms Act, has prayed for grant of bail.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner has drawn my attention to the statement made in paragraph-3 of the petition to show that the petitioner is having clean antecedent. It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is a student and resident of Allahabad (Uttar Pradesh) and he had come to Durgawati for attending marriage. He further submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case on accusation of

Considering the nature of accusation as well as clean antecedent of the petitioner, let the petitioner, namely, Nawin Kumar Singh be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-( ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Durgawati P.S. Case No.98 of 2018.
