Mr. Smt. Reena Sinha ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 21-05-2018 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned APP for the State.

The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Naubatpur P.S. Case No. 434 of 2017, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The allegation is regarding the accused persons including the petitioner herein having assaulted the informant and his family members. As far as the petitioner is concerned, there is allegation of him assaulting the informant resulting in injury in the left index finger of the informant.

No.29630 of 2018(2) dt.21-05-2018 2/2 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the injury, if any, has been found to be simple in nature and the petitioner is languishing in custody since 08.03.2018. It is lastly submitted that the petitioner is having a clean antecedent.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to enlarge the petitioner on regular bail.

Accordingly, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate (ACJM) II, Danapur, Patna in connection with Naubatpur P.S. Case No. 434 of 2017.
