2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Belhar P.S. Case No. 102/2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner and other accused persons are said to have demanded dowry and killed the deceased.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is father-in-law of the deceased and has falsely been implicated in the present case. There are general and omnibus allegations levelled against the petitioner. Learned counsel

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.68938 of 2025(4) dt.19-12-2025 2/2 further submits that petitioner is a man with a clean antecedent and he is in custody since 12.03.2025. The petitioner undertakes to co-operate in the case/ trial.

5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge- Vth, Banka/concerned Court below in connection with Belhar P.S. Case No. 102/2019.
