2. The present petition has been filed for initiating a contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for willful disobedience of the judgment of this Court dated 02.08.2017 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 5656 of 2008.
3. Third supplementary show cause has been filed on behalf of opposite party no. 3 whereof being an order dated 11.06.2019 passed by the Director, ICDS, discloses that a final
Patna High Court MJC No.3254 of 2017 dt.17-07-2019 2/2 decision has been taken by the authorities and thus it is submitted that the judgment of this Court stands complied with.

In the above view of the matter, MJC No. 3254 of 2017 stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 11.06.2019 rejecting the claim of the petitioner that in case she is aggrieved by the order of the authorities as noticed above, she may agitate the same before an appropriate forum in accordance with law, if so advised.
